Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Code and the Regulation, F.lli Limonta S.R.L. provides the following information.
1. The Data Controller and Data Processors
The Data Controller is F.lli Limonta S.R.L., with its registered office in Casatenovo (LC), Viale Giuseppe Parini 4, Tax and VAT number 00277460135, Share Capital €52,000 fully paid-up, e-mail help@limcrea.com (hereinafter “Limcrea”, the “Data Controller” or the “Company”).
For purely organizational and functional needs, we have appointed some providers of services necessary for the management of the Site as external data processors of users’ personal data for purposes strictly connected to the provision of services provided by the Site, including the sale of products. The data protection officer, as per art. 37 of the Regulation, can be contacted at the e-mail address dpo@limcrea.com.
2. Types of Personal Data Processed
Registration is not necessary to access the Site. However, there are sections of the Site that require registration or the use of usernames and passwords (e.g., to register for the personal area, or complete the online purchase process), or services for which you need to provide your data (e.g., your data may be required to access newsletter services, to contact us, etc.).
Regarding the data related to browsing within the Site, please refer to point 6 concerning the Profiling Tools used by the Site.
3. Optional Provision of Personal Data
The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases, the failure to provide data may result in the impossibility to access specific services and obtain what has been requested (e.g., registration – and the provision of personal data, email address, postal address, credit/debit card details or bank details, and telephone number – is necessary to proceed with the online purchase of products); therefore, the failure to provide such data may prevent Limcrea from allowing access to the services of the Site or from responding to user requests.
The data that are necessary from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site – e.g., by marking them with a (*) – and the consequences of their failure to provide are reported in the specific information present on the data collection pages.
4. Purposes
Data is collected and processed for purposes strictly connected to the use of the Site, its services and the online purchase of products.
The purposes of data use are indicated in detail in the specific information provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. Therefore, we ask you to read the information that from time to time explains the characteristics of the treatments that will be carried out by Limcrea (e.g., for registration to the newsletter service, to access the personal area, etc.).
The processing of your data will be in full compliance with privacy regulations.
5. Method, Duration of Data Processing, and Scope of Communication
Data may be processed both on electronic and paper support (e.g., for the management of purchases on the Site). Limcrea guarantees the lawful and fair processing of personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with the current legislation, as well as the utmost confidentiality of the data provided at the time of registration. All information collected is transmitted in a secure connection to prevent interception by outsiders.
Any data provided by users will be processed for the periods specified in the specific information provided at the time of data collection.

Data will not be communicated or disseminated to third parties except within the limits and conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and subject to the user’s authorization.
6. Profiling Tools and Navigation Data
This information is provided only for the limcrea.com site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through linking links. Limcrea cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.
7. Cookies
Limcrea does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activity without the user’s prior explicit consent.
The Site uses “cookies”, both technical (i.e., to facilitate navigation and use of the Site) and profiling (i.e., to analyze users and their behavior and preferences, and to provide them with personalized advertising).

8. Place of Data Processing
The processing related to the services provided by the Site is carried out (i) at the Limcrea office indicated in the preceding point 1 and is carried out by the processing officers of the Sales & Marketing Department, (ii) as well as by companies that provide services functional to the management of the Site, appointed as external data processors. A complete list of external managers appointed by Limcrea can be requested at the contacts indicated in point 9 of the Privacy Policy.
To allow us proper management of our Site and the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, your personal data may be subject to transfer to countries not belonging to the European Union, such as Tunisia, USA, United Kingdom, and San Marino.
The transfer of your data will take place in full respect of the guarantees, measures, and rights provided by privacy regulations. By simple request (see no. 9 of the information), you can receive more information about the transfer of your data and the guarantees provided for their protection.
Where expressly provided by the relevant agreements, even the processors mentioned above may transfer users’ personal data to countries not belonging to the European Union as part of the performance of the activities carried out on behalf of the Company, while strictly respecting the purposes indicated in this information and the guarantees, measures, and rights provided by the Regulation.
9. Rights of the interested parties
By sending a communication to the email address help@limcrea.com.com, you can at any time exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 23 of the Regulation, including knowing which data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use them, modify the data you have provided us or delete them, ask us to limit the use of your data, request to receive or transmit your data, always retaining the possibility to change your consents (possibly provided). You can also always object to the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.
10. Who can you contact to make a complaint
We remind you that, if you are not satisfied with the responses received from Limcrea (see paragraph 8 above), you can, in any case, if you believe that the treatment that concerns you violates the provisions of the Regulation, make a complaint to the authority for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it), or to the Guarantor authority of the country where you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred.
11. Applicable Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and the national legislation applicable to the case in question, to the extent that such legislation remains in force after the date of application of the Regulation (25 May 2018).
The Regulation ensures that the processing of personal data takes place in respect of the rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data.
12. Review Clause
Limcrea reserves the right to review, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy also in consideration of changes in legal norms or regulation on the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by (i) sending an email to users registered on the Site and (ii) publication on the Home Page of the Site, and will be binding as soon as they are published and communicated. We, therefore, ask you to access this section regularly to check the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy or to check your email inbox.
